2025-26 Assessment Roll On June 26, 2025, the Assessor announced the 2025-2026 $72.82 Billion annual Property Assessment Roll which is a 4.56% increase in value compared to the prior roll. Residential real estate values continued to remain relatively steady through 2024 although the market again had significantly lower sales volume.
